I’m always on the lookout for what I call “body hacks.”
I wish I had found this one.
My buddy Adam Steer, a bodyweight “guru” (Ha ha! He’d
hate it if he knew I was calling him that) came up with
a hack that let’s you lose up to 10 pounds in only 12
days.
Anyway, as a favor to me, he’s going to give this to you

If you’ve ever wanted to use bodyweight exercises to burn

Most GENTLE bodyweight training program I’ve ever
seen.
It’s not like most bodyweight programs that leave you
with sore shoulders and knees from all the push ups
and burpees –
Nope -
Adam’s “Bodyweight Burn” program actually makes you
stronger from the inside out – training your reflexive
strength while burning body fat at the same time.
Pretty ingenious really.
I wish I’d thought of that too.
Guess I need to be a little more creative.
Or get out of my kettlebell “rut” – lol.
