You ever have the best laid plans and then instead of things going off without a hitch, everything goes down the drain?
You know – the proverbial “life throws you a curveball?”
Yeah… my Saturday was like that.
I was supposed to do my main training session in the afternoon.
But it never happened.
“Life” got in the way. Something came up at home and the whole day as I had planned it was just shot.
How many times has that happened to you?
Did you have a back up plan?
Or did you just let another day pass – another opportunity
lost?
One more day gone and another day further away from your goals – leaner, stronger, healthier.
What do you do?
Do you shrug your shoulders and just “hope” you’ll have time soon? Maybe catch something later?
Like that proverb says: “Hope deferred makes the heart sick.”
And that’s no way to live and it’s a “time of death” stamp on your physical goals.
So, I recommend you do what I did Saturday:
Have a back up plan.
See, I caught a whiff of what the day might entail – that my best laid plans might be thwarted, so employed my back-up plan.
(Don’t worry, it wasn’t some random “one-off” type of workout - it fit into my overall grand scheme and aids my training goals.)
After I got done training my clients at 11am, I spent a lowly, yet productive – 2 minutes and 10 seconds working out.
Yup, that’s it. 2 minutes and 10 seconds.
Sure, there were 4 minutes of rest involved in there, and then about 5 minutes of cool down, but all the WORK took me only 2’10.
So the total time was just over 9 minutes between start and finish, including cooldown.
What’d I do?
Simple. Something I’m known for – Complexes.
They’re one of the most time-efficient and productive training methods I’ve ever used. Ever.
And I’ve put 7 different complexes together for you in “Kettlebell Express” so you can get at least 3 solid workouts a week with as little as only an hour of your time invested each week.
(These aren’t just “workouts” but actual Programs that show you how to make progress – the key to actually seeing results.)

P.S. One of the best things about getting that workout done early was that I didn’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day. Imagine how good that would feel – to not have to worry finding the time to workout…
Anybody can find an hour a week to achieve the body they want… Even you.
